Reviews and Ratings
The hotel location needs some improvement, but it's great for beach access and close to bars and restaurants. The rooms were disappointing with strong cooking odors and lacking emergency procedures, while service was mediocre. Dining was basic, but the hotel facilities were satisfactory.
I have mixed feelings about Rosy Suites. While the restaurant is clean and a nice place to eat, the owner seems more focused on making money than caring for guests. The rooms had some issues with noise and lack of proper privacy, but the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.
The hotel offers basic but nicely decorated and very clean rooms, featuring a good-sized bathroom and marble floors, avoiding the typical carpet seen in many Turkish hotels. The room, although simple, was adequate for our party of three and provided a side sea view. The service was relatively prompt within two minutes in the restaurant, and the location is excellent, just a 5-second walk to the beach and surrounded by all necessary amenities. On the downside, the dining experience was lacking, with meager offerings in the restaurant, and the beach can get too crowded. Despite that, the facilities were satisfactory for our needs.
The hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were fine for the three of us with adequate facilities, but the constant noise from the kitchens and the odor of cooked onions every morning were unpleasant. The delay in fixing issues like the shower and lack of emergency procedures were disappointing. On the bright side, the restaurant was clean, and the staff went above and beyond, even though it felt like the owner prioritized profit over guest well-being. The loud noises and music until late could be bothersome, and the lack of TVs and poor maintenance didn't help.
I stayed at this hotel that had a mix of positives and negatives. While the restaurant was clean and offered great dining experiences with staff going above and beyond, the rooms were disappointing with constant noise from the kitchens and poor maintenance. The owner seemed more focused on profit than guest satisfaction, as evident in the delayed response to maintenance issues and lack of basic amenities like TVs. The location, however, was convenient, situated in a busy shopping area.
The hotel is in a fabulous location near the beach with friendly staff and clean restaurant, but room issues and lack of emergency procedures were notable. The privacy in the rooms was lacking due to inadequate window coverings.
The hotel was fine for us, with adequate facilities, but the constant noise and smell of cooked onions from the kitchens were quite off-putting. It took too long for maintenance to address basic issues like a loose shower head. On the bright side, the restaurant was clean, and the staff went above and beyond. It felt like the owner prioritized profit over guest comfort.
The hotel is situated right in the center of the shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping but noisy until late at night. The rooms are basic yet nicely decorated and very clean, featuring a good-sized bathroom with marble floors, which is a nice touch compared to typical Turkish hotels. However, the persistent smell of cooked onions in the morning was quite off-putting.
The Rosy Suites hotel was fine for the 3 of us, and the facilities were adequate for a group of British tourists. Unfortunately, the room should have been available from the first day we booked it. The never-ending smell of cooked onions every morning was unpleasant, and the lack of emergency procedures during a fire on the roof was concerning.
The hotel has a central location in the shopping mall, which can be noisy until late at night. The rooms are quite basic with only beds and a side table, and the morning service was unprofessional and rude. However, the hotel is conveniently located for shopping and dining, and the dining options were basic but abundant.
